Not many people get to experience the kick-assness of being greek, because we are elite. Even if you are at the bottom of whatever bulls.hit tiers someone proposes, everyone makes cuts. You have to have some modicum of integrity, intelligence, general awesomeness to be Greek. Some may have more than others, but everyone in Greek life's got it.

I love our philanthropy events, and that we give back to the community in a huge way. Say what you want non-Greeks, but you have to admit we do a lot of good. We help charities all over the nation and the world and that's fantastic.

Plus we party. Maybe we aren't the best at it, and maybe you've been somewhere that parties harder, but I like our parties. I love going to socials, and formals, and fraternity formals, and just every day get-drunk-because-I-can parties.

So just take a minute to stop bit.ching about who is better than who, and what house is the best, and how sh.itty Greek life is, because it could be worse.
